Took my daughter’s car here for repair. They were extremely helpful in facilitating the auto damage claim and went above and beyond to accommodate my daughter’s situation. Took my car here to get body damage repaired. Left it for 2 weeks and when I came to pick it up, the body work looked great but as soon as I got in the car and plugged my phone in is when I noticed some issues. It had been almost a year since the wreck happened that I was getting repairs for and I’ve had no issues with my car besides the exterior damage. As I start driving away and trying to connect my music to my Apple car play, I notice that my phone would connect for a second and then disconnect and the screen on the radio interface would start glitching between a black screen and the Home Screen of the radio but does not respond to anything. I can’t press any buttons on it and restarting it does nothing. I immediately took it back the next day and they did some sort of software scan on it which did absolutely nothing and they claimed they wouldn’t have touched anything in the car that would affect that and claiming it could be because of the wreck. They didn’t do anything besides have to remove the multiple doors off my car specifically the trunk door and replace the sheet metal which certainly there was some wiring inside. I have known this shop and Diane Hinojosa for 30 plus years. I retired from car rental industry and they do all the work for the industry..which goes a long way. I have never been disappointed and have referred family and friends. The shop also does insurance claims. Next time you need your car repaired take your car here You will not be disappointed also always done in a timely manner Her staff and Diane are very professional.
